The news is probably a bit late by now, but nevertheless – a new version of the Azure Multi-Factor Authentication Server has been released, namely 7.0.2. The most important change it brings is removing the support for 32-bit OSes, which combined with the previous update to use .NET 4.0 means you should really update to a modern OS.
